Our vision for Glen Junor is to establish a new model for development in Gisborne - one that enhances the well-being of the community while nurturing and preserving the surrounding environment.
The Glen Junor model dedicates 50% of its land to creating a walkable, community-focused neighbourhood designed to meet local needs and set a new standard for environmentally regenerative living.
The remaining 50% will be preserved as open space and community assets, co-designed in collaboration with the residents of Gisborne to benefit the town—both now and for generations to come.
